How to make a floor layout

  1. Give the size

    Enter the overall size of the floor layout in feet or metres, for example 160 m² or 1,700 sq ft.

    List the rooms or zones, their sizes, and what goes in each. Add sizes or counts where you know them.

  3. Place doors and windows

    Say which walls get the entrance, doors, and windows, and which way the doors swing, so the floor layout shows real clearances.

  4. Check and download

    Review the spacing and walkways, change the description if something does not fit, then download the floor layout as SVG or PNG.
