I am planning a takeaway rotisserie chicken restaurant. The building is rectangle and 900 sq. ft total. The dimension are 15 mtrs long top to bottom, 7 metres wide. the rectangle is split in two, kitchen at the top of the page, partition wall with serving hatch, front of house below. Counter top centered in front of house, leave space for customers
