Because of their hectic and stressful schedules, they would like to have a cozy, warm, and efficient household, incorporating a modern tropical design. For their past time, the couple would like to have a garden to tend to, for them to be able to wind down and decompress. PROJECT SITE FEATURES: The project site is a rectangular inside lot abutting a 6.00-meter RROW, facing southwest. The lot frontage measures 20.00 meters and the depth measures 15.00 meters. The site is relatively flat. The right and left sides of the lot is abutted by existing bungalow residences. The rear side of lot is abutted by a coconut plantation.
