I would like a ground floor in an L-shape with a total area of around 100 m² or slightly more. The kitchen and dining area should be in the same room, and there should be a view of the garden from there. The living room should be located at the other end and should also have access to the garden. The office should be approximately 15 m², and the laundry/utility room should be around 10–12 m². I would like a beautiful, bright and spacious entrance hall with stairs leading to the basement and to the upper floor. The pantry should be directly next to the kitchen and should be approximately 6 m². There should also be a toilet. A bathroom on the ground floor is not necessary. The house should be positioned at the back of the property, with the garden in front of the house. North is in the upper-right corner of the house. The driveway to the garage runs along the right side of the property, from the front to the back.

Keep a small open courtyard in the front because this is a village house and some open outdoor space is important. Do not prioritize a car porch at this stage. Give priority to spacious bedrooms, large windows, good natural ventilation, privacy for the attached bathrooms, and practical circulation between rooms. Create a clear, dimensioned 2D floor plan showing walls, doors, windows, bathrooms, wardrobes, kitchen, hall, staircase and front courtyard.
