La segunda planta debe tener exactamente 4 dormitorios: Una habitación principal de matrimonio, muy espaciosa, con un baño privado amplio diseñado para dos personas y un cuarto independiente para armarios/vestidor. Tres habitaciones adicionales, cada una diseñada como una suite independiente. Cada suite debe tener su propio baño privado y su propio cuarto o espacio independiente para armarios. Para la segunda planta quiero 4 habitaciones: una de matrimonio espaciosa con baño privado para dos, las tres habitaciones como suites con baño, cuartos para armarios y las ventanas de las tres habitaciones están incrustadas en la pared y tienen balcón. Y por último un saloncito para invitados

La casa será de dos plantas, la primera planta será totalmente abierta y lo único que dividirá la planta será la puerta del baño la habitación de invitados el porche la defensa la escalera y el garaje si miramos hacia el frente entrando por la puerta principal tendremos eh la puerta de del jardín con porche, el baño de la parte principal y la habitación de invitados si miramos hacia la derecha tendremos la escalera al final de la habitación en la esquina tendrá cristales y no será ni muy grande ni muy pequeño y justo al lado encontraremos la cocina y la despensa. Si miramos del lado izquierdo tendremos el salón comedor muy abierto y espacioso en el cual el comedor tendrá una chimenea y justo al lado del comedor en la esquina izquierda tendremos la puerta hacia el garaje.
