The main office building occupies a total floor area of 240 square meters across two levels ($10\text{ m} \times 12\text{ m}$ per floor). The Ground Floor is tailored for client services, document processing, and operational intake, featuring a reception area, client waiting lounge, consultation room, operational customs document processing bay, records storage room, pantry, and gender-segregated restrooms. The Second Floor hosts executive management, finance, administrative, and employee welfare spaces, including the general manager's office, accounting and finance office, branch operations and logistics room, conference room, training/multipurpose room, storage room, and staff lounge. Directly adjoining the office structure is the 1,000-square-meter specialized HazMat warehouse, which is systematically divided into segregated dangerous goods bays, fire-rated chemical storage cabinet zones, spill containment pallet rows, an explosion-proof chemical transfer area, staging zones, and an emergency decontamination bay equipped with eyewash and shower stations.
