The entire floor plan is 14 ft wide x32 ft long. The layout should resemble a one bedroom, one bath studio with the kitchenette and common area in a open floor plan. The bathroom should be on one end and be a 3 piece bathroom with a dimension of 5 ft X 10 ft and beside it is a walk in closet of 5 ft X4 ft. The remainder of the space (27 ft X 14 ft) should be a kitchenette on the end wall with a single walk in door on the same wall. The open area of the 27 ft X 14 ft area should be a living space with 2 couches and a TV area and a separate dinette table.

There are four windows the opening is 43.5 inches wide by 23.5 inches high and located 5.6 ft up from the floor and down 8 inches from the ceiling joists. First window is on Northern wall It is 5 ft from the eastern wall.
