A 4,000 sq one-storey headquarters-like for pets. Entrance must have two doors which as soon as you enter, there will be the reception area where there are office stuffs and a comfortable waiting area with bean bags, sofa, chairs, and center table. After the reception area, there will be the playground for dogs where there are fences and individual units for each dogs. That area must also include some toys and mini obstacles and their food and water bowls. Then there should be a separate bathroom and grooming area for pets. Lastly, there should be a storage room for some cleaning stuffs and some stocks. The place must be cozy-looking for pets, well ventilated, and safe. I will leave the measurings up to you
